Restore Data
The data restoration process within the software can be initiated through the "Restore Data"option under the “Data” menu. Upon selecting this option, a Windows pop-up will appear as follows


      

• Full Restore
To perform a full restore, begin by navigating to the database on your desktop. Thereafter, press the "Test Connection" button to verify the connection. Once the connection is confirmed, proceed to click the "Full Restore" button. Following this action, a window will appear. Click the "Cancel" button within the window and then proceed to click the "OKbutton to initiate the restoration process

       
Note: If the backup data is created on December 30, the data restoration will be effective only up to December 30.

• Partial Restore
To perform a Partial restore, begin by navigating to the database on your desktop. Thereafter, press the "Test Connection" button to verify the connection. Once the connection is confirmed, proceed to click the "Partial Restore" button.Following this action, a window will appear.

➢ Delete data and Restore
In this menu, the outdated data will be removed, and the chosen data, such as device information, department details, attendance records, etc. It will be restored and substituted with new data. 

➢ Merge Data
Within this menu, you have the capability to integrate both the existing and new data smoothly. Click on the "Restore" button to observe the combined data within your software.
