Backup Data
To ensure data security, it is recommended to regularly backup the database. Click on the "Backup Data" option in the “Data” menu, and a window will appear as follows:
Choose the location to save the file, and the filename will automatically match your company name. Proceed by clicking the "OK" button.
In the event of damage to the original database, restoration becomes necessary. However, it's essential to note that the restoration process restores the data to the state before the backup.
e.g., if you backed up data on December 15, the restoration will only recover the data up to one day before December 15. To cancel this action, click the "Cancel" button to close the window and returning you to the main menu.
