You have the flexibility to approve at three different levels: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 You can choose Leave approver or Overtime approver independently or in combination at each level.
• Add: Create an "approver's name", then choose the desired "Level" (of your preference).
• Update: If you wish to make changes to the approver settings, modify the relevant data and then click on the "Update" button.
• Delete: If you wish to remove an approver, click on the "Delete" button.
• Clear All: If there is an error in filling out your data, click on the "Clear All" button to reset the information.
➢ Employee Approver
Approvers are individuals or a group of employees responsible for approving or rejecting work as it progresses through the approval process. They determine whether the work should be returned to the person who submitted it for editing or if it should proceed to another approver.
• Assign OverTime Rule Approver Group
Simply open the "Attendance" menu, then click on "Approver Group", and navigate to the "Employee Approver" tab:
You can appoint an approver from the employees within a department.
• View Approver Group
After creating an employee as an approver, you can view the approver in this section. Additionally, you have the option to delete the approver by selecting the employee.
